I found this very easy recipe that you can basically make in a couple of minutes. And if you add 2 T. raspberry liqueur mixed with 2T H20, 3 T sugar and 1 C of raspberries, you have a pretty good copycat of P F Changs Fudge dome.

Flourless Fudge Cookies

2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon espresso powder, optional but good

1 cup cocoa powder, Dutch-process (European-style) preferred

3 large egg whites

2 teaspoons vanilla extract*

*For gluten-free cookies, be sure to use gluten-free extract.

Directions

1) Preheat the oven to 350

I just quit sugar cold turkey for now, was getting very unhealthy. So WHY'D YOU HAVE TO GO AND POST A THING LIKE THAT!!!?!?!?!?!?!?

Yummm. These would be excellent for a decadent turkey day or Christmas dessert. And no special flours involved, how easy is that? Thanks again!

Me, too, just went off white sugar, I feel so much better when I don't do that. However, these sound fabulous, I am saving the recipe for my BD or some special occasion and going to put a chocolate ganach on them with a little raspberry sauce made from fresh or frozen raspberries. I will be like everyone having their own personal cake and sounds a lot easier and less expensive than flourless chocolate cake. Thanks.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
