Almonds Helping Withdrawal?

Been gluten free for just under 2 months now and I have discovered my savior

in the form of Almonds for my withdrawal symptoms...

I have been ravenously hungry with wide swings in what feels like

low blood sugar....I nimble on them all day...at this point I am not

thinking about any weight issues I am just trying to get through the day!

Makes me wonder why this is...Protein? Minerals? Vitamins? Healthy Oils?

Who knows? :blink:

Both the protein and high quality fats are both items that the celiac disease body needs. I vote for those.
