Google rolled sugar cookies and look for the recipe posted by Patti/jerseyangel

I tried about 4-5 different recipies a couple weeks ago so I could get the families opinion as to what tastes the best. A couple of them went straight to the garbage. My family tested out 2 different recipes and okay'd the one I thought they'd like. gfreelife.com/gluten-free-rolled-sugar-cookies. If you can't find it let me know and I can type up the recipe. I guarantee these are awesome.

Thanks, Purple :D

Here's a link to my recipe--(post #2) it goes together, rolls out, cuts and bakes like "regular" sugar cookies. Very delicious!

Thanks everybody! I will try these. :D

I use Land O Lakes' recipes and sub Domato or Better Batter for the flour. Just be sure not to roll the soft ones too thin or they will be crispy.

We are going to try the soft sugar cookies recipe noted above tonight....any tips on rolling out the dough? Hubby is concerned that it will be quite the chore.

Thanks

Monica

A silpat helps sometimes, some people put plastic wrap on top and gluten-free flour on the counter, its whatever works best for you, don't forget to flour the rolling pin too. Here is my soft sugar cookie recipe.

2 sticks of butter or oleo

2 cups of sugar

2 Eggs

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
