does anyone know a simple pizza and bread recipe; which does not use either yeast or gluten? thanks. heather.munson@att.net :D

Try googling SCD diets and see what they have. This is a site that is trying to eliminate yeast from your digestive tract. See what happens.

There is one on this site if you do a search and then you REALLY search through those that works for pizza dough that I use. I have the recipe written down at home but I got it off of here. I also just picked up Chebe pizza mix that is gluten-free, YF

I think kiniknicks (sp????) also has a gluten-free, YF bread mix that works great (I can't remember the label and I just bought two more on Monday when I needed to make some bread for a meal) - I found that in one of our health food stores that is expanding its allergy free food section..good luck.

      Tammy, who is saying they aren't safe for celiacs? Are you saying that is stated on the product packaging itself or that you are reading where people on forums like this one are claiming they aren't safe? Who is "they"?

      If a product is labelled "gluten-free" it is considered to be safe for people with celiac disease (in the USA they need to test below 20 ppm). Some people prefer to eat only foods that are certified gluten-free, which are supposed to test below 10 ppm, however, they don't always test this low.

      Why are so many gluten free items not safe for celiacs. I read labels all the time. I don’t know how many times they say that and are not safe for people who have celiacs. So confused. Help….
