Gluten-free Dairy-free Vegetarian Cookbook

Hi my name's claire. I'm new to the message board although I have been coming to this site for about two yours. I have been gluten-free for about two years. Soon after being diagnosed with that I was told that I had to be dairy-free. Well, I have been a vegetarian for six years. So all of this together has made it somewhat difficult in finding recipes that cover all of my needs. So here's my question; "Does anyone know of a cookbook that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian?" I would greatly appreciate any information.

I am also gluten free, dairy free, and I am a guess what you'd call a partial vegetarian that eats seafood. I'll eat seafood, mostly fish and lobster (when in season) and I'll only have beef/chicken/or turkey a few times a month. No pork or ham though.

To make things easier I just modify the recipes in the gluten free books, I subsitute soy milk (So Good is gluten-free) for dairy milk and sometimes I just omit the meat from the recipes in the gluten free books. I have one gluten free book with a small vegetarian section. The name of the book is; The gluten free gourmet-cooksfast and healthy-wheat-free recipes with less fuss and less fat by Bette Hadman.

Hope this helps!

Claire--I am in the same boat:) I haven't found any cookbooks either, but I also modify. I have been a vegeterian since 1994 and don't want to go back b/c of gluten-free and dairy free eating...

Makes it hard, but its manageable:)

I'll let you know if I find anything good.

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
