I am trying to plan my Honeymoon but want to make sure that I go somewhere that I won't spend my time getting glutened and sick. I am very open to any suggestions regarding locations/resorts anywhere (But I am leaning towards somewhere tropical) Thanks!

Although Italy isn't tropical it is an amazing place for those with Celiac. They are incredibly knowledgable about the disease and there are many gluten-free pizza places and restaurants. It is mandatory that everyone must be tested for celiac disease by the age of 5! Just returned from Italy and Croatia (Croatia is another recommendation but not as knowledgable about celiac disease as Italy - still easy to eat out because lots of food is grilled).

When is your wedding/honeymoon? Congratulations!! :)

We're going to a Sandals resort in Jamacia. I've called and talked to them and they said they are familiar with celiac disease and get gluten free requests all the time! Some of the all inclusive resorts might be worth calling and checking out if that's what you want to do!

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
