Replacement For Aveeno

So here's my problem.

I was really bad with lotion until I discovered Aveeno products, which I'm no longer comfortable using because of the oatmeal and occasional wheat germ.

I can't find another lotion that's close enough that I like. I really liked the thick gooiness, and I hate these lotions like olay and suave and caress because they make me feel sticky and are all runny.

Did anyone else use Aveeno and have to switch? What did you switch to?

i used aveeno some before too--in the winter my skin gets really itchy. some i've used--neutrogena's anti-itch, banana boat after sun lotion... something you might like is a shea butter based lotion--those are typically more thick than runny. now i use california baby's super sensitive lotion, but that would be too runny for you probably...

i'm a fan of alba organics body creams - kukui nut and papaya mango are great! nice and thick.

Neutrogena - Soothing Relief, Anti-Itch Relief

I have very sensitive skin and this is the only lotion I have found to work wonders!! It's about $8.99 and I've only been able to find it at Eckerds. But it's worth EVERY penny.....

I used to use Aveeno, but I switched to Burt's Bees carrot body lotion. It's not as thick as Aveeno, but it's made with natural ingredients and I think that it absorbs and moisturizes much better than the lotions like Jergens, Suave, etc. Those always leave a "filmy" feeling to my skin, the Burt's Bees doesn't.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
