Kinnikinnick New Soft Bread And Buns!

Next time I am in Edmonton (where the Kinnikinnick store is located) I am going to pick up some of their new soft gluten-free bread and buns. I confess to strongly disliking a few of their products but liking a few others so am very curious to see how these new products stand up. Apparently we can now throw away our toasters as this bread makes great sandwiches, etc. without having to toast it to make it palatable. Plus the loaves are larger than ever (far larger than Udi's). Not only that but they are even cheaper than their breads/buns used to be! Oh, tell me this is not a dream. I would love to hear what these new products are like from those of you who have tried them. They are brand new, however. Their packaging is new as well...

They are also high in fibre and have "...the best nutritional values possible" according to the e-newsletter I received today.

Hi honey! Missed you--- and hope your trip was fun!

I have not seen the NEW Kinnikinnick products myself--but if they take less (or NO) toasting time, and actually taste good, :) I want to hear about it!

I love their donuts but haven't tried their other goodies - I'll have to look for them!

It can take longer than 6 months for antibodies to drop to the normal range,  My DGP IgA took a few years as I got stricter and stricter about being gluten free  But having symptoms again could also mean you’re getting some gluten in your diet.

Hi, I just had my 6 month check after being diagnosed Celiac 6 months ago.  All of my panel numbers were normal except: Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgA (It is 31 with high being over 30)  I have also been having symptoms again. Am I not actually being as careful as I think I am or does it take longer than 6 months for this particular test to come back down?  I can't get ahold of my doctor this week as she is out.     Thank you!

That is very strange, because it looks to me like two very different test results, but for the same test! It's definitely time to contact your doctor for clarity on this.

Same day which is strange to me.

Scott, thank you SO MUCH for this!! She has been through so much in the last three years as we've tried to track down answers. This language will definitely help me help her to reframe.
