Went a an O'Charleys in Mansfield ohio last night. When I asked about gluten free items she brought me their allergy book.

This book covered every allergy I have aver heard of. It also had all nutritional information for all the food. How it worked is In the book it listed all the food in the restaurant. Then across the top marked with an X was the allergen in that food.

It was so easy and there was a wonderful choice of food. The also mark your food ticket with your allergy so there are no mistakes in the kitchen. They also include all condiments and the like.

It was the best night out I've had in a long time!!! Be well

Yup, I remember

Planked salmon

Aspargus

Baked potato

Cesar salad, no croutons

It was delicious

I've also had their Sirloin, very tasty.

The waitress even asked if we wanted the bread on the table.

I was just diagnosed with Celiac in July so eating out is really challenging. Today we went to O'Charleys & I had a great gluten-free experience! I had the grilled salmon with asparagus (no sauce - I added salt, pepper & fresh lemon wedge juice at the table to be as careful as possible) and it was delicious! Our waiter was understanding & polite. Best of all I am not experiencing any unpleasant symptoms after eating!

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
