How Does Gluten Affect Retest

I am pretty sure the restaurant wasn't very careful with CC issues yesterday based on what I saw. My question is...if she was CC'd would it show up on next months repeat TTg? I have been so careful for the past 5 months and now I think we blew it. We went to a Japanese place that cooks in front of you but I believe he wiped his spatula on a towel with soy sauce residue. I can't be for sure though. She doesn't have any GI symptoms so I can't tell. Will that affect her test?

Most likely not. It is only a small one time thing. I am no doctor, but I think it will not be an issue a month from now. You should still see improvement.

whew! Thanks!

BTW- I just read your tag line about your son. I could give a big Amen to that. My dd is no gluten, peas, beans, apples, mustard, pork, tree nuts, cataloupe. All that leaves is junk. LOL Doritos, Reeces, well pretty much all candy, Ice cream....all ok! : )

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
