Deficiency symptoms of B vitamins resemble gastrointestinal symptoms when after eating gluten. Gastrointestinal Beriberi is a form of Thiamine deficiency. Do talk to your doctors about supplementing with essential nutrients while on the gluten free diet, especially if you're consuming processed foods. -
