What Can I Pack For Lunch?

I'm 14 and school starts on friday for me. I have no clue what to pack.

I'm severely allergic to wheat and milk. I will go into anaphylactic shock if I consume it. I have no idea what to bring though. I don't eat a lot so I dont need to bring that much. A corn tortilla filled with refried beans normally fills me up.

Oh and I don't eat beef. The only meat I'll eat is seafood, fish, and chicken

My teens always take their lunch:

A piece of chicken or a sandwich (either p-nut butter, chicken or pork mixed with BBQ sauce on Udi's bread).

An apple or grapes.

Either water or juice.

Hard boiled egg, an apple or other fruit, & a piece of chicken.

Tuna fish, celery w/ peanut butter.

This makes a great bread if you want to get into a little baking --- it's not really baking as you just nuke this for 1 min. 30 sec. It's quick & easy to make. I also make it w/o the cocoa & it turns out kind of a "white bread" thing.

Hello, @Mrs Wolfe, I crushed three vertebrae moving a chest of drawers.  I take a combination of Thiamine Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, and Pyridoxine B6.  Together these vitamins have an analgesic effect.  I think it works better than OTC pain relievers.   I also like  "Takeda ALINAMIN EX Plus Vitamin B1 B6 B12 Health Supplementary from Japan 120 Tablets" .   It's all three vitamins together in one pill.  Works wonderfully!

It's the Potassium Iodide in the HRT pills that is triggering Dermatitis Herpetiformis and the increased IGG levels.   The thyroid is stimulated by the Potassium Iodide, which stimulates immune cells to make more IGG antibodies.   Thiamine Vitamin B1 helps the thyroid function.  I like Benfotiamine and TTFD Thiamax.

I’m in a flare up with rib pain. I read where others have experienced this after exposure to gluten.  Has anyone found something that eases the pain.
