Gluten Free Bread Ingredients

Skittles

I hate that I can't eat Udi's bread bc I find it the best I've tasted so far. But I have issues with corn and potato starch. Anyway I found another gluten-free bread. I know everyone is different and I have to try it myself in order to figure out if I can handle it or not but I just wanted to name off the ingredients and see if anyone else has issues with any of these ingredients. Thanks in advance :)

Here they are:

white rice flour, water, tapioca starch, eggs, sugar, poly dextrose, sunflower oil, dextrose, yeast, pea protein, sodium carboxy methylcellulose, salt, vitamin blend (thiamine, vitimen B2, niacin, folic acid, iron).

Yes, that bread would be off my list because of the pea protein. But hey, if you don't have any problems with eating peas, don't worry. We are all very, very different. Peas are in the legume family, along with beans (fresh and dried).

I think the dextrose is a red flag. That is usually corn.

When I first became corn intolerant I couldn't eat Udi's either, but after a while I found that I could tolerate corn starch. It's the ONLY form of corn I can eat now, but corn starch doesn't have the protein in it that other forms of corn do. Maybe give it a rest for a while and then try Udi's again?

Many years ago yes, after eating and going to bed, apparently my esophagus filled with food that my body rejected, the esophagus would lay against the Heart sack (pericardium?) and the heart would respond by becoming arrhythmic. That went away with the strict diet.

I was commenting on the report saying it did not mention migraines! Yes it does last paragraph says have not seen any evidence that Celiac cause migraines! I thought this was about truth?

It has been known for some years that celiacs suffer from migraines at a higher rate than the general populatation. It is an established symptom.

If black seed oil is working for his Afib, stick to it, but if not, I can say that ablation therapy is no big deal--my mother was out of the procedure in about 1 hour and went home that evening, and had zero negative effects from the treatment. PS - I would recommend that your husband get an Apple watch to monitor his Afib--there is an app and it will take readings 24/7 and give reports on how much of the time he's in it. Actual data like this should be what should guide his treatment.
