    I think (but haven't looked in awhile) that the Clairol Herbal (Natural)? Instincts semi-permanent ones are gluten free. I used one about a year ago and it was OK, but definitely read the label. It made my hair nice and shiny too!

    I've never been on narcotic painkillers for extended periods of time but I have been on NSAIDS for arthritis forever and they supposedly do the same thing.     Oh...in Italy, the wild boars root them out. They actually use truffle hunting dogs to find them because the boars certainly won't fetch and they amke TONS of money off these shrooms But in rachelville, I think we should have truffle hunting pigs that get rid of the fungi and cute dogs that bring us chocolate truffles!
