    Nausea is one of my symptoms when I accidentally ingest gluten. In fact, it was my worst symptom. You could try taking it out of your diet for 2 weeks and see how you feel.

    I know we always assume the worst! But I bet you may need something stronger than zantac.     Also, a yeast problem can cause that kind of bloating. I had one while on long-term antibiotics and had to have it treated. Your doctor can do a blood test or you can take a good probiotic.     I've been having a problem with this too. But I'm female so I had an pelvic ultrasound yesterday. Are you constipated? Could it be a medication you are on? I pee a lot too! Like crazy. I think for me they are related- when I'm more bloated I pee more.

    This thread hasn't been very active lately but I'll try to help as best I can. Lyme and the co-infections can DEFINITELY mess with your GI system (I had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and a myriad of other symptoms).
