  1. Celiac is considered a disablity under the ADA (American Disabilities Act). I suggest you go ahead and apply for Social Security benefits. The worst result is they tell you "No". It is my understanding that "No" is generally the first response for Social Security. You will then need to decide if you want to pursue the issue further.

  7. I have never heard of Kozy Shack Soy Yogurt. I didn't see it on their website. All the Kozy Shack products I have see are gluten free. I don't eat anything with wheat starch in it. I suggest you contact the company and ask how they determined it was gluten free.

  17. I have read the ingredients on the back of many brands cat treats in the pet store. Almost all of them contain wheat and/or barley. My cats live without treats.

  25. I don't eat anything with wheat grass or barley grass. In theory they are gluten free but IMO there is much to high a risk of CC. There is also the risk that a small portion of the wheat or barley grass has matured into wheat or barely that does contain gluten.
