  2. the mocha is def. gluten free.. I made some today at work and looked at the ingredients. The frapp mix is also. Like said before, avoid the chips and request to have the blender cleaned extra well! enjoy!
  3. Thats just it...I haven't touched a brownie or ice cream in over 11 months ( I ate very healthy even before gluten-free) and I cant seem to let myself do it again...so I binge on peanut butter and nuts and BANANAS!! sounds crazy I know. Its weird the foods that will seem so good to you when you are deprived. I eat avocado alot but thats really my only source...
  4. Ok, I am feeling really bad and upset. Someone please convince me not to go to the store and binge on nuts and peanut butter...which is what I have been doing lately and It gives me even worse stomach problems...help!!
  5. I work at Starbucks. I just started so I do not know the answer yet. I'll print out this thread and bring it to work tommorow morning and find out for sure

I know dry roasted ones ususally do but what about sunkist pistachios in the shell..they are roasted and salted but it didn't say anything else about haveing gluten? Anyone know if they do??? also, again thankyou so much for hte replies. They are really encouraging and really mean alot to me
  7. thankyou everyone for the replies. Do any of you get D and gas from nuts? every time I eat peanut butter or any type of nuts I get these symptoms the next day. I guess I shouldn't eat them...but I've already narrowed down my options so much..im running out of food ideas
  8. Thanks for the reply. It would be a bad time for me to give up coffee-because I just got a job at Starbucks! lol I could give it a try though
  9. Im sorry you're having a hard time. So am I. I've been on the diet for almost three months and I still am having constant stomach problems. I just quit my waitressing job because It was too draining and because I was constantly around gluten. It gets really hard sometimes and its so easy to jsut want to give up. But we've got to believe that It will...
  10. ok I just need to vent for a second...I am sick of feeling like crap 247! i have been on this diet for almost three months. I eat ONLY grilled chicken, grilled fish, bananas, avocado, carrots, black coffee, and very rarely nuts or apples or watermelon. I take gluten-free vitamins. I use garnier Fructis shampoo. All my cosmetics are gluten-free. i use...
  11. I live in Florida. Do you think it will be difficult because of the weather or just because of the kids? When I was little, my parents and sister and I drove to minnesota from florida in two days without problems. Where in Florida are you going?
  12. For anyone who's interested, I just got a job at starbucks. All of the frapps are mixed in the same blenders. (this includes the non gluten-free frapps with chips) All they do is rinse them out between uses. I would suggest that you specify them to use a freshly washed and sanitized blender to prevent cross contamination. If anyone has any other starbucks...

  14. yay! i'm not the only one. After i went gluten-free, i was two weeks late for my period. Then i was a week early. Then two weeks later I got it again...very light. It was very weird because I too am usually very regular. Im not pregnant either. I know that diet change affects your cycle. It's probably just our bodies trying to reset is my guess
  15. I am in kind of the same situation as you. Ive been on the diet for 21/2 months with minimal improvement as well. The only thing I personally can tell you is what other people have been telling me...the healing process might just be taking time. I just quit my job as a waitress because I think being around all the gluten and loose flour was hindering me...
  16. They give me problems too. I thought it was because of the high sugar content though? last time I ate them I got severe intestinal pain..could be because I ate so many though!
  17. thanks! what about the liquid? And sorry for my grammar before....I'm obviously not feeling well!
  18. oh wow! I forgot I posted this topic a while back...I don't eat any table sugar or brown sugar so I just slice the banana in half and put them on my george foreman grill for a few minutes. They dont look the best but they taste great! Brown sugar, blueberries, and almonds do sound really good on them though!
  19. quick question...Is nyquil gluten free??i need a fast answer from someone because If so, im about to go to walmart and buy some. I'm dying of a cold and I just want to go to sleep!
  20. I used to eat a huge bowl of raisin bran every morning because my doctor told me it would help me...yeah right!
  21. so does anyone know what brands of hand soaps DO contain gluten??
  22. thanks for the answers! I am gluten free for sure as far as the food I eat. I basically only eat fish, chicken, veggies, and fruits. I haven't noticed much improvement in the bloating in the two months I've been on the diet. I do not know if I am just taking time to heal or If i am constantly getting cc from my job. I am a waitress at a seafood restaurant...
  23. I have a tendency to overeat emotionally. On days my stomach feels good, I eat normally, but sometimes, on days when I already feel bloated and miserable, I'm like, screw it, this diet isn't helping...I don't care anymore..I already feel like crap... and I overeat...It's all gluten free healthy food. usually, bananas, apples, and sometimes nuts or even carrots...
  24. same thing here ...always in left eye!
  25. what are HLC probiotics exactly? and where can you get them?
