	anyone aware of a support group or any new info on restaurants in the lake county area. i know the whole foods in palatine does meetings but thats a pretty good cruise from beach park.

	i was looking into taking the kids to disney in orlando and i was wondering if staying at a disney resort instead of off grounds was the way to go as far as meals. ive read many posts on the disney subject so i know they are glutten friendly.but not sure which disney resorts are the best to stay at? or are they all accomodating?

	probably a good idea i also gave up diet pop i used to drink at least 12 pack a day now im down to 2 or 3 im slowly giving them up. i would go cold turkey but i tried it before and got wicked headaches, so ill do it in stages. ...

	  ARCHIVED Can Anyone Recommend A Good Breadmaker?pnltbox27 replied to Momelf's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips my wife just bought me one called "breadman pro" she got it at ace hardware for $55.00 it was on clearance. i love it, it makes loaves from 1 pound to 2 pound and makes horizontal loaves. i also use the "gluten free pantry" sandwich bread mix, it tastes great all the frozen stuff is crap. good luck

	i have a cousin who lives in Edmonton who is a nurse i will try to call her to see if she has any ideas, she seems to be pretty up on the whole celiac thing. ill try to post in the next few days. i used to live in Sherwood Park just outside Edmonton and plan on going back one of these days, so i hope you get lots of responses.. good luck

	been gluten free for a little under 4 weeks, the first 2 weeks i felt the best ive felt in 20 some years. actualy had regular trips to the bathroom no wicked D.now the last 5 or 6 days i feel like i did before going gluten-free.constant D and gas . my typical day is vans gluten-free waffles for breakfast with jam and a bag of almonds from the quicky mart...
