  1. No hangover here, have not been indulging as of late.
  2. Somebody's Prayin- Ricky Skaggs (I love that song!)
  3. We're still three pages off, people! Man up!
  4. Grew up in CT, no chicken and waffles around here! And Lisa, how sweet he actually swept you off your feet.
  5. Dinner is half-a**ed zucchini lasagna
  6. Also energy- saving. Not a bad idea....
  7. Rock You Like a Hurricane- Scorpions Guess we all know what kinda music I've been listening to!
  8. Lazy- pan fried hot dog bites with broccoli. I get frozen organic veggies at Trader Joe's for a good price, and they have the BEST veggies, and that way I don't have to do any of the chopping or deal with stuff going bad on my counter or in my fridge. Is a win-win!
  9. I would just like to cast my vote for Croatia- if it breeds men like Goran Visjnic, I am SO THERE.
  10. For Those About to Rock- AC/DC
  11. And I will happily stand behind you and pester you about how many dishes you are dirtying!!!
  12. She had a smug lunch, hahahaha....
  13. Bah humbug housing people! I suggest baking soda & vinegar cuz it'll fizz.
  14. What is UP with the wasps darlin? Yikes... Maybe baking soda/vinegar for the retainer?
  15. I had trouble remembering my own birthday when I was a kid. Not too big on dates and anniversaries and the like, so it's nice that there are so many internet and computer and phone things that remind you!
  16. Through the Glass- Stone Sour
  17. I have seen a number of stores put regular crackers, cookies, whatever, in the gluten free section, Mi-Del for example, and it's frequently a brand that also does gluten free, so I agree, that is very misleading. Just another place where we have to be ever-vigilant..... sigh....
  18. I think you mean Bangles?...... (lol)
  19. I used to work in a grocery store. People get CRAZY before holidays and storms. Still makes no sense to me. How, if your power goes out in a storm, are you going to use the milk and eggs you're buying? How do you not know Thanksgiving is coming and at least somewhat prepare ahead of time? Why must you make us suffer ten minutes before closing Thanksgiving...
  20. Patee, to answer your question I melt the butter in a pan and pour it all over the noodles in the 9*13 and then stir it around.
  21. My biggest meltdown came 6-7 years ago when I was visiting my father at Dana Farber in Boston, and I had to find a place to eat, and food at the grocery store, and dealing with it on top of his illness was just so over whelming I went back to my hotel room hungry one day and just bawled. I feel your pain. It's incredibly difficult to change your thought...
  22. Well if somebody wants to walk me through how to change the dang thing I will! We had a 'best feet' contest like four years ago or something and I haven't bothered with it since..... oy.....
