    yes, interestingly, it can be related to autoimmune, Sjogrens and Scleroderma https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/266427#causes weird, my mom had celiac but my younger brother had severe scleroderma, maybe there's a link.

    quite recently actually, I'm only 7 weeks gluten-free, genetic testing revealed HLA DQ 2, 1, 3, and I've always had difficulty sweating so I wasn't sure if it was related. I'm curious to see that as time goes on gluten-free, things will change. It's annoying, I call it 'sweat constipation'

    omg, that has to be why I feel so good when I take niacinamide!! I was afraid I was taking too much and then I read on one of @Wheatwacked posts recommending the 500mg's B1 and B3. I've also purchased NMN, but have yet to try it. Have you found that regular niacin works better than niacinamide? This is gross, but whenever I changed out of my leggings...

    this is so enlightening, thank you!! I was fearful of niacin, yet once I overcame that fear, the results were/are amazing! I feel so much 'lighter' not only in my gut, but my mind and overall well being also. I wish someone had recommended this when I was kid 60 yrs ago, lol!

    I just signed up for this site because this is exactly what happens to me!!! I thought it was my thyroid (and a host of other ailments) Embarrassingly, I think a lot of my issue is due to a mixture of alcohol and gluten.
