    Well, I do have some good news...my body likes my semi-liquid diet! LOL!!! I have been drinking smoothies all day along with some fudge and my body seems to like it! YAY!     I am officially starting Carla's diet today...lol. I'm having an egg white protein smoothie and a piece of fudge. I'm still feeling yucky though....so we'll have to see what happens throughout the rest of the day. Carla, I am going to call Dr. H's office and ask about coffee enema's to make sure he's okay with them. We'll see what he says. I am nervous...

    Carla, I am taking the generic because the other one was so expensive it's ridiculous! It's strange the things they say it interacts with...like magnesium and antacids...lol!     Rachel, Dr. H thinks that a parasite or tapeworm is "eating" my ferritin. Let's hope that's the case because the next step would be an endoscopy/colonsocopy and he REALLY doesn't want me to do that because of anesthesia.     I was at my Dr's office about a week ago and they took blood from a patient who happened to be a Dr. and he put his arm up and elevated it without bending it. I thought it was interesting...he must have known what he was doing. Kassandra

    Andrea, I was doing the raw diet for a while...but I don't have enough energy to prepare veggies, fruits, etc. I think I am going to try Carla's diet (well, when she couldn't eat anything...lol!) of fudge and smoothies with egg white protein powder.     Well...my stomach has not been happy with me at all today!!! I am just wondering what "safe foods" are for everyone? I am out of ideas!!!!     Crap crap crap....I ended up falling asleep at about 7.15 and my alrm was to go off at 8...well I slept through it!!! AHHH! Well, I am off to go have an iron IV and my dressing changes (REALLY nervous about that....ugh) and then we are going to hit the road!     Oh yea, someone asked about being pale with dark circles under your eyes...I am the queen of that!!!! The pale skin is when I am lacking iron, but the dark circles seemingly never go away! My allergist said it looks like I am a "typical allergy patient!" Kassandra

    Sherry, I am so jealous of you!!! My uncle has a housekeeper/chef who is amazing! They only live about 20 minutes away, and I go there whenever I can because she treats me like a princess!! It's so nice to have someone make food for you! Kassandra
