    Sarah, My back is a disaster. It's really awful...on my holiday wish list is one of those things you can prop yourself up with in bed, so it's easier to be in bed. It's also really hard because I can't really take anything for pain. I wanted to get back into PT, but my mom doesn't think it's a good idea. I really wish I was grown so I could make these...

    Well, some semi good news...I have an appt. with the LLMD on Friday Dec. 14th at 10.15 am!!! I am hoping that we will be able to keep the appt...I told my mom I was going to call and just make an appt. because this is getting ridiculous. Let's just hope that all these "if's" work in the way we want. Also, the hematologist said that he wants to start with...

    So it's looking like we may not know until tomorrow when we can get an appt. for the PICC line. If it wasn't for my veins being so problematic, I would say forget it...but I can't. My arm is still swollen from the last 2 weeks of blood draws. I am burning out on all of this crap so quickly. I can't even imagine starting a whole NEW plan of "getting better...

    What numbers specifically do you look for on the CBC. I am about to have a PICC line put in and they are going to run tests to find out if my blood will clot normally. I had labs done not too long ago and they may have already taken it...what do you look for? Kassandra

    Ugh, the results won't be in until tomorrow! GRR. The PICC line is a little more involved than we thought. We have to have it put in at a place that's right next door to a hospital so in case anything goes wrong, we'd be right next door.     Everyone, Well, I finally got to sleep at about 2.30 (I think). I wanted to make these almond joy things (raw) but I would have had to use the food processor and my mom would have killed my because it's so loud! I wish I could have made cupcakes...lol. It turns out the PICC line will be covered 80/20 up to $5,600. Lets just hope it's not crazy expensive...

    I agree that LN is really hard to navigate. This site is one of the best out there I think. I would also think it would be easier to deal with because lyme brains, but maybe the creator had major lyme brain when creating it? LOL Kassandra

    April, The problem with the local YMCA's is that they're pretty gross. Also, my mom makes good money, but with all the medical bills...her money goes too all the doctors...lol. So, the bracket we fall into is not "needy" but they don't realize the cost of living. It may work though...if you tell them how much money goes to medical...ALL OF IT! LOL! ...

    You could do hemp milk as your milk (it's gluten-free, df, sf) and just add cocoa powder. it shouldn't need any sweetener because the hemp milk is pretty sweet...unless you're making it for kids... Kassandra
