    Paula...everyone around here is great for answering questions...they still tolerate me! Everyone, I had an accomplishment today...I did 4 minutes of yoga! LOL! It's kinda pathetic, but I figure it's better than nothing. I am still shaking from it and I did it about 3 hours ago.

    Paula, Yea, I'm probably still tired because the stupid unisom made me really groggy. I'm feeling better. I only got about 13 hours of sleep though. I used to sleep 14-18 hours in a day when I was anemic...lol! My schedule was wake up...eat...slep, repeat! LOL!

    Carla, That totally makes sense about bart. Dr. H thinks I have every co-infection...so that makes sense. I am going to just eat healthfully until I talk to the Dr. about all of this. Everyone, OMG...I took a Unisom last night to help me sleep and I just woke up (it's 1.15 pm my time ) and I'm still EXHAUSTED! LOL!!!

    If you are only dealing with lactose then what Tarnalberry said is totally right. I think it is worth taking out all dairy/casein including butter for a month and then eating ice cream and seeing what happens. It isn't really that big of a deal to me anymore to have no dairy, and I used to have it on everything! I still do miss it, I won't lie, but...

    We don't have swordfish too often, but I sure do love it! Maybe once every couple months?? I am so nauseous again...grr! I can't seem to in point which foods are causing this. I think I will put a call into the Dr. after New Years Day.

    I have had quite the day as far as my stomach! UGH!! First I was severely nauseous all morning, but until now I was so hungry I ate tons of brown rice, swordfish, broccoli, tangerines...ugh I can't even remember what else.     We get ours at Trader Joe's...it's their own brand. I buy the raw kind because the thoery is that it has more enzymes. I have no idea if it's true or not. It's $5.99 for a "normal" sized container. Whatever you do DON'T but it at Whole Foods...it's almost $20 for ONE JAR!!!

    So the last few nights I have been taking Benadryl to help me sleep, but then Wed. night it stopped working. Last night my mom gave me a restoril to take because I can't stand not sleeping, and it did NOTHING! LOL! My mom can sleep FOREVER on it, but it literally did nothing...lol.     Frec, I would be worried that if you do have continuous villous atrophy, that needs to be checked out. If in fact you do have refractory sprue, that needs to be taken seriously.

    I don't think she can't walk because of Lyme, I think it's from the meningitis (well, actually I don't really know...) which I believe may be a complication of Lyme.     Carla, That's a good idea. I do want to talk to her over the phone though and tell her about some of what I have gone through so she can understand that there is hope for her and she doesn't need to "settle" for a "slow" paced life at her age. She has been so bad at times, she can't walk, etc.

    I had to take this after not having my period for 6 months and I had no side effects at all...and that was a HUGE shock to me because the pill and I do NOT get along.     Paula, I agree that you should look into Lyme. It is WAY more common than I think we think...kinda like Celiac...lol! I think something like 60% of the people with Lyme never remember having a bull's eye rash.
