    I am not sure that I don't have Lyme. It is totally possible. The herbalist I am going to is amazing. They actually deal with people with Lyme.     I think a lot of people who are taking a long time to heal may have other food intolerances. I found out soy, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and dairy. They all have made a difference.     What brand of pasta did you use? Trader Joe's makes a good one, but I only like their twisty ones, none of the others. Tinkyada is also really good, tastes just like wheat pasta. Kassandra

    Sorry to post again, but I just looked up adrenal fatigue and I have SO MANY symptoms. I guess the question is, I have symptoms to so many of these things...but how do I know which one I have? Candida, adrenal fatigue, bacterial dysbiosis, H Pylori, etc. Kassandra

    Thanks for responses. My concern is that because insurance never covers anything I seem to need, I don't know which test to run first?! I think an ulcer is a possibility, but I don't think we can have endoscopies, etc. It costs too much. I also just went to the allergist and found out that I'm allergic to a few things, but it didn't really give us the answers...
