    It can be quite worrysome to be seeing blood. If the blood is bright red it is most likely from an internal hemmoroid especially with the constipation issue.     Are you still having celiac related issues? Refractory sprue would cause a continuation of the same GI distress that was seen before diagnosis. If your tummy issues have resolved then it would not be related to refractory sprue.
