I know what you mean . . . I really liked her . . . but now that the big whiners are gone, she has stepped in - not so much as whining but the pouty face thing is annoying me . . . and she was in my top three!!! I don't even have a top three anymore. I like David Cook and the rest of them just kind of go up and down. I think the two Davids have been... -

Well, I guess since there's not too many dogs running around the hospital, they just had to improvise with what they had. OK, so here's the question . . . Amanda, who was the first one to take the plastic off of the tray . . . who smelt it first???? -

Totally missed last night's performance so I had to go watch them on youtube. I absolutely loved Syesha this week. Probably my favourite performance. I think Broadway is her thing. I also liked Carly this week. I predict Jason and Brooke in the bottom three but I'm not sure who to put in there with them. I think Brooke is going home. She's already... -

Ahhhhhh Amanda . . . consider this practice for when you have kids . . . spitting up on you, wiping their nose on you, grabbing your white shirt with their grubby little fingers . . . good stuff like that . . . most of the time it happens right after you leave the house and can't do anything about it!! So for Earth Day . . . my husband and I cut out... -

Welcome to the forum Boostsz!! You have found a wonderful resource!!! I love Pamela's, too. It's one of the staples in my pantry. Same here . . . of course that was over 25 years ago . . . did I say 25? I meant 15? . . . 10? Also use to dump back in if it weighed too much. . . we had to weigh each cone and made sure it was within tolerance. If it weighed too much, it got dumped into a special container that was allowed to melt in the refrigerator, strained and then put back into...

The Cardiologist's Funeral A beloved cardiologist died and was given an elaborate funeral. A huge heart covered in flowers stood behind the casket during the service. Following the eulogy, the heart opened, and the casket rolled inside. The heart then closed, sealing the doctor in the beautiful heart forever. At that point, one of the mourners... -

You can use it to hang clothes on like Emily suggested. Also at Christmas time, it's very festive to string lights on it. GAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Since I didn't "see" the bunnies, hard to say . . . but yes animals can do horrible things to other animals. If they were as hidden as you said, it was probably an animal. If the majority... -

Ok - now I feel obligated to explain this a bit . . . I met his little brother when he was about 12. He was fairly rude but I didn't take the bait. I also didn't try to get them to NOT play golf (because I don't play golf) or some of the other stuff they would do together and after awhile, he decided I was alright after all. His mom (my MIL) still gets... -

It's not about having fun. It's about bringing home all seven boys with two little sisters and a little brother with all of their fingers and toes and no gashes in the forehead and if you would have seen the way they were flinging shovels and hoes around, you know injury-free tree planting was the true goal. -

Patti - the job sounds fantastic!!! I wish I could find something. It needs to be outrageously flexible, though . . . where am I gonna find that??? ARCHIVED Gluten Challenge Questions
Darn210 replied to mairin's topic in Parents, Friends and Loved Ones of Celiacs
My son is back on gluten because his rate of growth actually slowed down on a gluten-free diet. He did not care for most of the gluten-free alternative bread products. Just as an example, gluten-free he would eat one plain hot dog (no bun we tried a few gluten-free alternatives but he didn't like them) along with a little fruit and some chips for lunch... -
ARCHIVED Gluten Challenge Questions
Darn210 replied to mairin's topic in Parents, Friends and Loved Ones of Celiacs
Hey Mairin . . . I just went through this with my son. My daughter was diagnosed a little over a year ago. My son's tTG was negative but since he is small for his age (at the time he was 8 Years and 42.5 lbs) we opted (with the pedGi in agreement) to try 6 months gluten-free. His size was his only "symptom". There were no behavioural or GI issues... -

ARCHIVED Coconut Flour A Godsend
Darn210 replied to draeko's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
Jujbe, thanks for the comparison . . . it really helps explain the difference. I'm thinking about experimenting with some coconut flour myself . . . seems like when I finally get the number of flours that I like to use into a "manageable" number, I find something else to add to the mix.
