    Well, at our house, we sit up in bed and say "Holy Crap, It's an Earthquake!!" It wasn't strong enough to do any damage (we were about 150 miles away and it was about 5.4 at the epicenter).     ME!!! ME!!! ME!!!! . . . but I'm in the Indy area, too. Woke up EVERYONE in the house. The kids have slept through the alarm system going off (LOUD,LOUD,LOUD) but they didn't sleep through this!!! My first earthquake ever.

    Hang in there Sarah!!! My advice is to take care of yourself first!!!! I'd unload some/all of this info on the doc . . . that's what they are there for. See if she/he can help out with at least some free samples or in my kids' case, once a doc gave me a $20 coupon towards the prescription and 20 bucks is 20 bucks!!!     OK . . . I don't want to replace one bad habit with another . . . but have you thought about sucking your thumb? It will keep your hands busy and give you something to suck on that is gluten/caisen/yeast/sugar/yeti/perfume-free . . . as long as you wash your hands first.

    My daughter always liked peanut butter on rice cakes (or corn thins) that she would "assemble" herself at school . . . too messy to pack otherwise.     There was a recipe for a "just like Pamela's" in the baking/cooking section. I've used several times and it has worked well. It uses buttermilk powder which you could leave out and then instead of mixing with water, mix with almond or rice milk (or half alternative milk and half water because you don't really put that much buttermilk powder in).     Yep, Jack needs to answer these questions so that we can make an informed decision!!!! What do the shoes look like on top?? Do they look like cleats or tennis shoes? Or do they come in a more stylish pump? . . . just being difficult, I don't wear heels. They wouldn't go with my chapstick . . . but some other silly might like a more stylish shoe . ....
