    Damn Ham!!!! It was delicious, mind you, but by the time it was ready, everyone was full from snacking around waiting for the ham to be done. Wish us luck tomorrow.     There is really no way I should be responding to this post . . . I'm not an overly active person if you know what I mean . . . however, are you sure that you are taking in enough calories? When you're burning so many and not taking in enough, the body will hoard it's reserves. I don't know if that could cause a gain at all, but if you start working out...

    Angie, after your post, I started doubting myself so I had to go look at one of my little blue canisters and it says . . . For best quality, refrigerate after opening. So it sounds more like a humidity/clumping issue rather than a spoilage issue.

    I tried it yesterday and it was just blank. I tried it today and had a wonderful (although somewhat windy) view. I would think in that kind of environment, the camera will be down at times. Thanks for the link, Lisa. That's just my cup of tea. My husband complains that the birds in our back yard eat better than we do.

    I believe it's too early for a dyslexia type of evaluation. Lots and I mean lots of kids mix their number, write them backwards, etc when they are first learning to read and write.
