    Sarah, where do we get this stuff from? Is it from the SNL skits with the Rob Schneider (Richmeister) "makin' copies" guy? I contort my kids' (and dogs') names all the time. But I'm currently on a Freddy kick. I call them both Freddy . . . started from "Ready, Freddy?" which progressed to "Are you Freddies ready?" to "Hey, Freddy!"

    Well, I do a lot of the freezing thing . . . when I make one casserole for supper, I make an extra at the same time to freeze. Anything that I make that freezes well, I make extra and freeze for the times I just don't feel like cooking. But here are my quick meals . . . Tacos (Ortega spice packet, Ortega corn taco shells, and Ortega sauce . . ....

    Try an experiment on the batch you have . . . put a ziploc baggie of them in the freezer for about 24 hours to "dry" them out a bit. My grandma use to make this one type of cookie . . . making dozens and dozens and dozens at a time and sticking them all in the freezer.     Agreed . . . but . . . just recently, I figured out how much I was spending to make a "Pamela's pancake" knock-off versus buying in bulk through amazon. Cost-wise, I think it'll be cheaper for me to buy it there - unless I was willing to buy ALL the ingredients in the recipe in bulk and I'm not willing to do that!!     Clabber Girl is fine . . . mine actually says gluten free on the front of the label. Oscar Mayer is part of Kraft so they will list their gluten on the label. If you don't see wheat, rye, barley, oats listed somewhere then it's OK.

    "Natural Flavorings" is pretty ambiguous and can mean just about anything . . . That being said, there are lots of jarred spaghetti sauces that are OK. All the Classico red and white sauces are OK. Ragu will list any gluten so if it had gluten it would say something like 'natural flavoring(derived from barley)' or something like that.
