    LaChoy Soy Sauce does not list wheat as an ingredient as other brands do. They do list "Caramel Color" but only list "Soy" as an allergen. Sandi

    Here in Southern California we have Ralphs grocery stores, owned by Kroger. I have been eating Ralphs house brand of Creamy Ranch Dressing without any problems.     For years before I even heard of gluten intoletrance, I have said "Glue Sticks Are Your Friend." Glue sticks are cheap, envelope glue tastes bad, and I can't think of a single good reason to lick an envelope!

    Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and found it while I was trying to find a way to contact Wal-Mart. Great Value Scalloped Potatoes & Au Gratin Potatoes are boldly labeled "GLUTEN - FREE" but my digestive system says otherwise. I don't see anything on the label that sends up red flags, but I really don't believe the product is as gluten free...
