  2. Well I have (so far) only been diagnosed with Celiac Disease... I do happen to have a stool test for Colitis to send to Entero Labs and am waiting for more I have had luck with Psyllium pills (I eat Metamucil with Calcium) and I eat them 8 at a time and they help tremendously... I wouldn't be able to leave the house otherwise... Good Luck on your healing...

  4. I use orange juice, kosher salt, sesame oil, and honey and 1 clove of minced fresh garlic. mix to taste
  5. Is there a test for Lectin intolerance or would I have to just do an elimination diet? I have a feeling I have a lot of these.... Also, would lectin intolerance inhibit the regrowth of vili if I have been off gluten now for like 6 months but not lectins? I do get extremely achy (to the point of tears) from peppers and canned tomatoes (seem to be worse...

  19. MMM sounds good both of you! Made some pseudo beef stew and used stew meat, organic mushroom broth, whole mushrooms, onions, garlic, brussels sprouts, carrots and a handful of frozen peas cooked it with quinoa and it was yummy! be well!

  22. White rice flour, brown rice flour, vanilla bean powder, sea salt, xantham gum, non-aluminum baking powder,corn starch, baking soda. I am very happy with the flavor of this mix!
  23. I made stir fry for dinner and used Braggs and now I am having depression and anxiety. bleh. And of course now I can't sleep cause I am all gacked out Waiting a year next time before I try it again!
