  12. I used to drink Frey Organic wines (white & red table wines) they are yeast and sulfite free. Fined with Bentonite clay.   20. Absolutely. There are all sorts of flours you can substitute for wheat. Even some cool exotic ones you've probably never heard of. I bought Sorghum yesterday! Am rice intolerant now and soy too good luck
