  2. You can eat gluten and not have reactions but it stilldoes the damage if you have Celiac Disease. Did you got glutenfree of wehatfree? Before being dignosed I could eat a lot of things without getting painfully sick but after being 100% gluten-free get very bad sick as soon as I eat them. That's not the case for everyone though. If you want to make sure...

  11. You can get a reactions through inhaling as well as touch. This does not happen for everyone though and is rare.
  12. The reactions depend on so much. For me it is all up to how much I have eaten, how much gluten, when, where, and all other things. I have had reactions right after eating and other a few days later.
  13. I know what you mean about how much we have to look into what we are eating. Even the littles gluten bothers me. 16. I was thinking about your child yesterday and how I felt when I was 5. I am 19 and always had food problems but didn't know about Celiacs until 17. I remember feeling left out at times like when we would all go take trips to buy milk for snaks, or have chocolate birthday/halloween/holiday treats, or not being able to buy lunch. 24. I don't think the Chef would be allowed to give away the recipe so perhaps it was a "do-it-at-home" alternative. I never order sladas out unless I am at a gluten-free place or at one who offers gluten-free salad since most are contaminated and such. It depends on how much you want to eat out on where you go. . .I never eat out expcept when in NYC at...
  25. Since you have Celiac Disease you can pass it on to your children. My Mother, brother, and I all have Celiacs.
