  1. anybody else know anything about things like this? damn, i'm sick of crying a lot for no reason and running all over the place, on top of the flushness, i feel like a zombie on crack or something
  2. thanks! those things are just so hard to deal with, nothing feels right, i keep crying out of nowhere and everything just feels dead or something- hard to explain
  3. you're a lucky one then you wouldn't believe some of the problems people have, congrats on finding it out early so nothing bad will develop
  4. hey everybody- i wanted to know if anybody has had anything similar happen...well, i've been fully gluten-free (or tried to ) for about two months...thursday last week, i had a few utz chips and believe i got sick from them, because the bigger bag has wheat flour, and the site says that kind isn't, and all of that so it's not surprising the thing is...
  5. true...it wasn't a provoked urine test, was it? because i don't think that's the best idea if i'm having detox issues, but i've heard that the mineral levels or something from the hair analysis can be the big clue
  6. i have a question for you rachel (or anybody else that may know) i was looking in an older post and you mentioned a test: "Genetic testing of detox pathways to identify glutathione or methylation defects, among others" would you happen to know what/where i could get a test for this? in bioset, it showed my liver as being sluggish, but i want to...
  7. i thought this topic would help myself, along with other new people, because with the CC risk with certain comapnies, it's hard to know what's what at the start snapple is still 100% gluten-free right?
  8. isn't distilled supposed to make it fine though?
  9. i thought huntz was gluten-free? it was on their list for that, and conagra is supposed to be good at labeling....or is this not true any longer?
  10. damn, i haven't posted here in a while...things have been all over the place the strange thing is, i've been taking sublingual b12 recently and today i feel horrible, like i did months ago...i've been pretty stable gluten-free i think, but today, i've had little lumps all over my head and face, i feel extremely off, crying for no reason, the flush feeling...
  11. yeah i was shocked to see wheat starch on the big bag version, and i thought maybe the tiny one was fine but if the site says that and it's the same lines, than yeah
  12. i've been feeling BEYOND horrible the past day or two...very dizzy and weak, skin on fire, feel numb...and the only thing i had was a couple of utz honey bbq chips on the bag it said it's a gluten-free product, but then i go on the website and it says it isn't gluten-free on the chart....and the normal sized bags of it have wheat starch in them...i'm...
  13. thanks for all of the feedback! i went everywhere and couldn't find sublingual methyl b12, but finally i found a place that had it, and it's 1000mcg so i'm going to take the advice i've seen you say and take 3 a day spaced out the woman of the store has celiac, and right when i mentioned b12, she said make sure you get methyl so i could tell she...
  14. i'm looking to take some magnesium, but i noticed there's like three different kinds, is there a specific one you should take if the reason is nerve issues? i'm hoping it can help the anxiety/palpitations/jumpyness? what does everybody use? i'm thinking a powdered one would be the best, especially for easy absorption also, do you think b12 would be...
  15. bloodwork pretty much confirms celiac, right? there's no false positives? because i had elevated bloodwork, but i want to know if that DEFINATELY confirms celiac
  16. that's true, but how come everybodies had trix with no problem? it really makes no sense, i believe they're all gluten-free since general mills is very good at labeling and nobodies had problems it seems, but i have no clue at all why they wouldn't state it on the box or something....like i said, it sounds like that woman from the company that was called...
  17. to add on to what raven said: www.glutenfreeflour.com that's the site for the tom sawyer flour, and if you read the testimonials, most people really love it...same with orgrans, and i've also heard the gluten-free pantry flour is great as well....personally, i've tried none, but i want to try the sawyer and orgran one since i've heard NOTHING but great...
  18. has anybody tried this? sounds like that woman there doesn't know what she's talking about, the ingrediants are basically the same as trix which is fine, i'm just wondering if anybodies gave it a shot because i bought a box
  19. they're just switching over containers, i see a lot more with gluten-free now than before, but either way, it's always been gluten-free
  20. maybe lucky charms and cheerios will be gluten-free soon!
  21. i swear, strawberry mist whips will never get old to me
  22. yeah, all yoplait is gluten-free (except the granola/cookie ones, though i haven't even seen those before), and yoplait discloses any gluten
  23. let me first say, i've been gluten-free fully for around a month...i definitely felt better in some ways, but i've had so many (neuro/mental) symptoms that i can't even tell how, but i just all around feel a bit better but last night, i started to get short of breathe, felt like it was 200 degrees and my skin was on fire, could barely move....i was laying...
  24. to me, if you felt better and then worst, you're most likely glutening yourself...when i first started the diet, i felt better in some ways right away, and then i felt worst again, and had no clue why...it was mind boggling, and made no sense, but then i found out that the easter peanut butter eggs have gluten...it's all just getting used to the hang of...
  25. i've seen people say rizla, but does anybody know of any other rolling papers that fine? also, products like: black & milds, swisher sweets, white owl...anybody know if any of those are gluten-free? thanks
