  9. YIPES!!! I don't consider those safe at all!! Noooooooooooo kiddin - soy lecithin is in a ton of processed foods. I've been soy-free ~ a year. I have seen ppl say they have a problem w/ soy but are fine w/ soy lecithin. I think I'm not, but I'm not all that sure about it.
  10. Yes you are. Tho I must admit that my soy reaction isn't severe for small amounts, as far as I know, and may require a build-up of soy-ings. Haven't actually tested it since going soy-free. Hope they work for you, Dawn.

I was pretty reluctant to try goat cheese since casein-free worked so well for me, but after seeing so many ppl say they were ok w/ goat but not cow, and researching showed that the goat casein was quite different, I DID try goat cheese and now have it pretty regularly w/out problems. Hope it works for you.
