    I was 13! excuse me! Jkjk I really know how you feel, when I first came to the board I was like the only kid on it and I was like 11-12 I think, I'm not sure. I'm glad more teenagers came to the boards!

    skbird- the bakehouse goods aren't coming to California until late November I think. So in the winter keep a look out for them.

    I eat dumdums whenever we have science tests instead of donughts. Much better choice anyway becasue I get 10 dum dums for every donught people get

    In the U.S. the best city to go to would be New York City, amazing for celiacs, and it is very easy. For spring Break I stayed with my sister in her college dorm room, and never got sick, becasue we just ate out all the time. It was really fun. Also celiac3270 Disneyland is not just for kids . IT is probably the best place to go forceliacs.

    You usaually find one bread recipe that you really like, and that is really the only thing that you will eat, and I know that applys to me. My mom has been baking me gluten-free bread for 13+ years, and I think that all other breads are horrible, it is just really what you get used to, and then everything else isn't as good.

    If you really don't want any crumbs in your gluten-free area, tape it off with blue construction tape all around your area, then it stands out, and your family will realise that they can't have gluten stuff there.

    I feel your pain. I am also wheat allergic as well as celiac, one time I went to P.F. CHangs with my celiac friends and the dinner was fine but the Takeout was used with spoons that had soy sauce on them and I had the takout the next night, and ended up first in urgent care sunday morning then after the second epipen didn't do anything, they didn't feel comfortable...

    If you were on the Atkins diet, you were cutting out a lot of gluten from your diet, and that is why you felt so much better. If the biopsy tomorrow is negative, I would say to go on the diet anyway because you know that it helps you. The test was probably negative because of the significant amount of gluten that you have cut out of your diet witht the Atkins...

    You can try Natures Path, they label if they are gluten-free, I don't know if they are nut free, but the Honey'd Corn Flakes are my favorite

    All the places I've been to I haven't gotten a reaction, but I don't get the butter sauce because i think it is just plain gross! But just ask one of the people behind the counter if you can see the ingredietns, then write down the companys name and phone, and call them before you go to a movie again.
