  1. I don't buy food at target because my local one got a rat infestation, so it is not very good to eat their food. And I have never seen Amy's in that store.

  3. Kati is right, listen to what the package says, but if you get sick then don't eat it again. The thickeners can come from wheat flour or corn starch, so if it says gluten free on it then it should be gluten-free.
  4. I have had problems with Eucerin. It makes me break out in a rash, so I would be careful, sometimes it is like this bottle yes, this bottle no, and you just have to try and fail, or in my case not use it at all.
  5. We got our house remolded after I was diagnosed but that is a little over the top and we were planing on doing it anyway. I have my own side to the kitchen, it is called Molly's counter, and if gluten ever goes over there then whoever did that gets in trouble. It contains my own curring board, and all my own pots. There is a gluten counter on the other side...
  6. I use Carmol 10 or Carmol 20, it is really good lotion that is 100% gluten-free, it really helps dry skin and works well.
  7. If they're really close friends as you said then they should be up to accomidating you however they can, because they want you to be safe and not sick. Hope it is a fun wedding !
  8. If you eat something everyday then it can make your numbers really high. Even the slightest bit can make you go off the charts. Defenitley take those chips out of your diet because that coud be what is causing you all this pain. Hope you feel better soon!

  15. Just make sure they clean out the blender, because peoiple before me get protein boosters, and once they didn't wash it out they just poured it and rinsed once, I got really sick then.

I have suffered years of constipation, because when I was a baby, they ruled out celiac because I was conspitated, I finally got so sick they thought I have apendicitis, but I went to the ER and have molasses and mily ennames, and then was given MiraLax, which softens it up so I got loads better.
  19. the rules are different in different countries, but if you have any questions call the company, even if you think it is gluten-free, call them anyway, because you'd rather be safe than sorry

  21. I would have night sweats when i was sick because I was scared of throwing up in my sleep, and when you are nervous about that i get all sweaty, also when I am reallyu sick, I am always sweaty

  23. I'm not getting tested either... But my sister is even though she has been doing mostly gluten-free, she wants to get tested again, because her Biopsy was negative, but she feels better on the diet. I'm doing the afternoon teen cooking, all teens who are going should do this one
  24. I don't eat Quaker, but everyday before my biopsy for 2 weeks I ate MCCAns and the biopsy was completely fine
