    I have another question... if you have been eating gluten and haven't gone gluten free for more than a day and then you eat gluten for like a week but don't have any breakfast on the day of your test can you get a false negative?? I just ran out of time for breakfast before my appointment and it all came back negative and now I don't know what to think cause...

    well, I had to drive a couple of hours to my parents house last night with the kids and didn't have time to fix them dinner so we ended up doing mcdonalds... I still wanted to be at least concious of the gluten so got them nuggets instead of cheeseburgers cause I figured the batter on the nuggets would be less gluten than the buns on the burger...     thanks I'll look into it. I actually have a naturopath dr that I see sometimes, she is the one that did my blood test (should have results back in about 3 days!) anyway she sees children and I trust her so I'm gonna get the kids an appointment asap. She may not catch everything the first time but she listens to what I have to say and takes it seriously and...

    ok I did it! I didn't feed him any gluten today.... and guess what? HE HAS NOT WHINED ONCE ALL DAY!!! YAY! I feel so good I haven't gotten frustrated with him at all! stool is still really soft but maybe that will take care of itself over time!

    I have WAY more symptoms than that! I haven't counted them all but I think it is close to 60 different things. those are just the ones that match the menopause symptoms... I'm 30 btw feel much older than that though

    I think that doctors should listen when people have a problem even if they can't see it with their own eyes or its not happening to them, they should try to figure out what is wrong and run tests till they have either figured out the problem or there are no more tests to run... shouldn't it be up to the patient if they think a test is too expensive or too...

    I'm not sure exactly but when I call to schedule the test at the hospital lab I will be sure to ask them if they don't know then I will call the ped. office and maybe the nurse can tell me what has been ordered...

    well I decided today to take the kids in to see a different pediatrician and get another opinion cause the other ped. wasn't listening. this one was even worse! normally I'm really not very assertive with people, especially if they seem more knowledgable etc. or have a different opinion than me. but this dr. just made me so angry that I was raising my voice...
