    Hi Ivanna, I am new here too. My 19 year old daughter was diagnosed in Feb this year. What an adjustment. Here are some of the good things I see so far. We all eat too much junk and this Celiac stuff makes us choose wisely and eat healthier. We know what we eat b/c we have to read labels and what is in the food we eat and we have to make it from scratch....

    My daughters osteopath gave her compex B with magnesium. I am watching to see if it helps her extreme PMS, tiredness, forgetfulness and mood.

    Hey thanks, now I know why my daughter can get grouchy so fast over little things. I thought it was b/c she gets hungry fast and needs to eat right away. She has always liked to argue but now I know why!

    Thanks Michelle, I've been reading about other members and their symptoms. I thought my daughter had endometriosis. She had all the signs. Others had the same symptoms. I am watching to see, now that she's mostly gluten-free, if her pms calms down. This forum is so helpful and informational. Thanks to all!

    My daughter had this prob at college. We thought it was the new sheets or the bed. When she was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity we told the osteopath about it.     Try layered bean dip. One can refried beans mixed with 1 or 2 tablespoons of McCormick taco seasoning...spread in a pie plate or 8 inch dish.     I use Spectrum. You could experiment and try part Spectrum (or Crisco) shortening, part coconut oil, part butter...depending on the recipe. All are expensive. Use shortening for pie crusts. Use butter for cookies. I only used coconut oil once in biscuits and was not happy with the results but am willing to try it in more recipes. I love it for popping popcorn...

    Great cake! I added choc chips and nuts and never frosted it, baked it in a 10x7 inch pan. It was still moist 3 days later.
