    I hope you had better luck than I did at Universal Studios Hollywood in California. They were completely rude and unhelpful. I went the entire day with only eating a snack bar and then left the bar and spent my money somewhere I knew would be willing and able to accommodate me.

    I had contacted them a while back and they were not very helpful. The response I got was pretty much " eat at your own risk", so unless your location is more accommodating , I'd stay away.

    Does any one now of any gluten free dining options at or near the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento? I've heard mixed opinions on Pluto's and I've also heard that the California Cafe might be able to accommodate. Does anyone have any positive experiences at either place?

    Diddo that! I haven't had any problems with the new gluten-free Rice Chex, and I found it at Target too.

    I absolutely love these tortillas. I prefer the light teff, not the dark. They roll up perfectly for lunch wraps, the only downside is that they do not currently carry them in any of my local stores. So if anyone's in Sacramento pester your favorite health food store managers so they start carrying them.
