    Just found a receipt from Margaritaville which was our favorite gluten-free place. A gluten-free fish sandwich was $10.25 and the huge Volcano Nacho was $10.75. It was big enough to feed 3 people. They even had gluten-free beer.

    We traveled from Wheeling, WV to go to Gluuteny in Shadyside area of Pittsburgh. I thought on their website that the prices seemed steep. Well... $85 later...hey, I'm a cook not a baker.     Not single, but if you want a gluten free bakery--go to Gluuteny over in Shadyside. We just went there today and at 1st the prices seemed high until we got home and realized the cookies were huge. The brownies were to die for. If you haven't been there. GO! RUN! This place is great!!!

    We bought the Follow your heart mozzarella, montery jack and cheddar today from Whole Foods Market. Price was about $3.69 for an 8 oz block. Not too bad considering my family is currently selling 12 oz blocks of cheese from Amish country for a fundraiser for $5-6. It tastes almost like the real thing without all the problems It melts great, too....

    Me and my husband and son all went gluten-free about 3 1/2 weeks ago. My husband is talking in his sleep a LOT. I know the kids said he did this before but I was almost coma like so he could've been doing this all the time.
