What about a fruit tray? or dried fruit. i like granola bars too bake a loaf of gluten free banana bread. that stores really well and its delicious. they wont even mind it doesnt have wheat. -

I would eat there if i was within driving distance mmm...a hot ham and cheese sandwich on homemade bread that i didnt bake or get angry at!!! how fabulous would that be?! i think you could do all gluten free to be safe but they better be yummy for gluten eaters to pay extra for a sandwich or personal pizza. but it is definitely do-able -

i made a gluten free bread from bob's red mill that contained these bean flours and it upset my stomach too...and made me naseous! i think those bean flours just dont agree with some of us... not like a glutening like you pointed out, but just an upset feeling like something isnt quite right doesnt help much either, sorry. my only advice is to try to find... -
i ordered cinnamon rolls from the Silly Yak Bakery and those were good. i like them better than those pillsbury ones that come in a can BY FAR! eventually try to make some of your own though! cinnamon rolls really arent hard to make. i totally agree.. i almost never say celiac disease if i dont have to. i leave it at "im gluten intolerant" usually i think if it was ever a trait it would be like having a risk for heart disease..that's still a disease but noone is going to look at that like a trait either... either you're at risk (your family has a history of it) or you HAVE it... or you... -

EE sounds like a definite possibility. also those pills to increase acid should be a huge help. i have been reading up on low stomach acid because there for a while i was getting really bad cramps and i am very strict in my kitchen. i read that low stomach acid means some proteins cannot be properly digested which leads to cramps, diahrrea and bloating... -

If you are what we call a super sensitive it is a good idea to call the company about cross contamination. get on the betty crocker website and look for the rice chex recipes. there are some really good ones that goa long way and look very yummy and kid friendly... i have a kid's appetite haha love sweets! and of course you wont spend a bunch of money and you'll be able to eat it! -

the only gluten free thing i have made that was rolled out were cinnamon rolls so i'm not sure. usually the texture is slightly different but i imagine it will be doable. maybe the better batter will mimic the texture but i havent used it. i think it is worth a shot though!! and there are ways to improvise so dont be afraid to -
