  1. Would one recommend for me to have a vitamin test instead of a CMP, or possibly both?
  2. As one who self diagnosed as gluten intolerance, I also was able to identify that I'm intolerance to yeast. Also to note that I tested positive for a candida spit test, and possibly thyroid issues along with being pre-diabetes. Another thing to point out is vitamin deficiencies ( malnutrition), one I think I may lack a lot is vitamin c.
  3. Thanks for replies, any test that will deal more with my digestion system?
  4. It seems like my mom is only set to request a comprehensive metabolic panel. She claims that it will test for everything, though I stated to her that it will mainly be dealing with liver, kidney, diabetes etc... and not sure if it will alert doctors about a undiagnosed health condition. So if one is celiac, or have thyroid, candida problems etc... would your...
  5. I know that would be nice, but I've been neglected by the cities hospital. I'm trying to find a way to work around it, and perhaps come back with test results that will finally put them at alert. ( Such as visible symptoms, to name a few...)The spit test did not work, improvement in hair texture didn't work, my bloating going decrease did not work... it...
  6. I did the candida self test, spit test, came back positive. My doctors have been ignoring me for just anxiety and depression, only test they did give me was celiac ( was on a two week gluten diet before test) and once it came back positive started to neglect my health a lot more.
  7. I'm confuse since I remember reading you do not need a doctor requet for a CMP or BBP and I can't find the information anywhere now.
  8. Right, I have long thought about my symptoms.... I heard that a CMP do not need a doctors request, does this mean I can get it throught medicaid also without a doctors request? I also would like to get a candida test ( concluded I did have candida, did spit test and was positive), and with it coming back positive it may lead them awareness to other health...
  9. As I've asked this question I've looked more into the comprehensive panel test, and it appears there are multiple different ones. Which would be best for health conditions I've mention. Just read response above, well I'm on medicaid, I guess not the best insurance...
  10. I'm 17 years old and have long been neglected by my health for anxiety and depression. My mom seems to finally start believing my health condition ( I think) since she mad a suggestion that she may ask if I can have a comprehensive blood test done. I have self diagnosed as being gluten intolerance, and also confirm that I do have candida after doing the spit...
  11. I understand how frustrated, confused and angry you are. As 17 years old many family members, doctors etc... think it's either my imagenation, just want attention etc... I could write so much, a lot, but I really rather not. Though I have been slowly finding out my health problems, and I self diagnosed myself as being celiac, and yeast allergy. I also did...
  12. Well I haven't met one doctor like such in my city, which has one of the worst health care systems in my opinion. They are doing little about my symptoms, and completely over look everything and are only looking at anxiety and depression. I went from a counsler, to phycologist, and not I'm being referred to a physiatrist... I confirm that I do have candida...
  13. I'm not in Europe, I'm in Lansing, Michigan... and the health system here is one of the worst. I'm having a hard time myself going to the doctors. There are tons of doctors around here that can diagnose my candida and other health problems and none are doing it.... right now I can't even get a appointment. I'm 17 years old, and knowing my oppurtunity of leaving...
  14. I wouldn't be surprise if there is multiple health problems, or say 3 health problems that are leading to other things as I suspect with myself. Being 17 years old, no one is really listening, it's all just really horrible... but I supposely should be having a appointment within a few days. I'm really rage.
  15. I notice at night before going gluten free I use to get a really bad stuff nose, most recently I had a runny nose and think I may have been gluten from Puffin ceral....
  16. I also self diagnosed myself as being gluten intolerance, though now learning more about other health problems I'm suspecting there is more to it than being gluton intolerance ( and possibly a health problem- like leaky gut system, causing my food intolerances). Being 17 years old all my symptoms ( even those that were fatal) were being ignored, and the only...
  17. I don't know, I think I would feel more comfortable with the throat spray than being injected with a needle to calm. Only the thought of something going wrong with the injection, it will already be in your blood system. As oppose to just throat spray. I think when given the option of not being injected with a needle, most likely a good deal.
  18. I selfdiagnosed myself as being gluten intolerance, though lately I have been aware of other health problems. One is my thyroid, I need to get it tested. Second, I need to get my candidia diagnose, and basicall a look at my immune system etc... biopsy. I found out that many with candida may cause a food intolerance.... so I'm really just waiting for my next...
  19. Did the home test this morning and tested positive, no surprise.
  20. This is dire, Since going on my gluten free diet I have felt much healthier, though since I started to eliminate yeast I have been feeling even better ( though I also would like to get my thyroid check). So after reading up on candida, I was informed about a spit test:Open Original Shared Link I'm excited to know about the home test and plan to do the...
  21. Can ones food intolerances be caused by leaky gut syndrome?
  22. I self diagnose myself as being gluten intolerance, though I also suspect that I may have candida ( yeast intolerance?) and thyroid problems... and in conclusion also malnutriution. In time I suspect I should have a doctors visit soon, and will give awareness of my self diagnose and suspects. I think it may be likely if I get my thyroid and candida test done...
  23. Interesting... I have seen improvements avoiding gluten but not all completely since I know there are other health problems that I have. I now also will avoid yeast, which I'm also seeing many improvements. Next doctor visit I'll see about getting my thyroids check, since I have all those symptoms plus more.... and think it's only a logical move. If results...
