Well I can't eat most of KINNIKINNICK brand stuff because of the egg content or the risk of egg cc as I am allergic to egg as well as gluten. I looked at the difference in ingredients and noticed there is A LOT MORE STUFF in the KINNIKINNICK brand in comparison to Bob's and Pamela's bread mix! I am not sure about the "cleaners" but be sure to watch hand sanitizers they have alcohol in them and that is bad. I know Purell is gluten-free and as far as hand soap goes soft soap and Dial are gluten-free but of course you always want to check the ingredients and with the manufacturers as the recipes and solutions can change without notice. I agree that it's probably a mental memory thing too which literally has to suck! I know when I see food that is not gluten-free my first thought is "ewww no way am I gonna touch that stuff" I hate that pain and sickness so bad that the inexperienced people I deal with will put fresh fruits right next to gluten filled items and I refuse to eat them in fear... -
