  1. This one Rachelle (celiac-mommy)posted is for a crockpot. I think I will have to take the dinner to my mom's house this year. I could make stuffingin one crockpot and my scalloped potatoes in the other. potatoes use extra sharp dry cheddar (not Kraft) & I didn't use parsnips: Open Original Shared Link
  2. Have you tried rice flour or potato starch? Might taste less corny. Really. It would be easier if we all just went to Ad's house for dinner.
  3. 7 people need more than 1 pie so, of course yo need a second dessert!
  4. What bread do you use?
  5. Maybe the saliva test isn't accurate? I'm not really heard of a saliva test for food allergies? Maybe someone els has info on that. But....if you have problems with eating bread, etc, why not get real Celiac testing? You can always go gluten-free without a diagnosis if it makes you feel better.
  6. Here's a thought - make everything gluten-free and if he doesn't like it, let him have a little mini turkey (cornish game hen) with his stuffing. Does he really expect you to have the fridge stuffed with left-overs that you cannot eat? Once he puts gluten stuffing in the turkey, its off-limits. Could he make it in a separate dish and keep it away...
  7. Have you been eating these since you posted in June?
  8. Of course! Me too! But I thought that was implied.
  9. That's great. Please do post the answer you get. The original info was over 7 years old and I'm glad to see some updated info. I like several of thier products.
  10. If you want a warm drink, I like to use non-hard cider. Get the good kind with the bits in it. Microwave to warm. Add - rum & cinnamon schnapps or cinnamon syrup or carmel coffee syrup. You have to check which are gluten-free.
  11. Thank you, your Highness! I would be broke trying to do your bidding and posting you out of office!
  12. we would be shackled and forced to eat Dominos "gluten-free" pizza.
