    Well, I just came by to say how pleasant it is here today. I'm out on the deck wif two kitties enjoying the weather. Conversation here seems to be a bit hairy today. The full moon isn't for a couple of days yet.

    I'm not familiar with the brand in question, but cheese is rarely a problem. If there is no ingredients list, then the product is just 100% cheese and is gluten-free. If you can post the specifics from the label, one of us can help you.

    We had a visitor in the back yard this morning--a blue jay. It is the first one we have seen in a long time, since West Nile pretty much wiped them out in these parts a few years ago.

    This is one of those seemingly simple questions that does not have a simple answer. The reason is that ppm is not the real issue. You must consider the total amount of gluten consumed over the course of time, say, a single day. If I eat four slices of bread which are 5 ppm that is the same as one slice of bread that is 20 ppm.

    Managing both diabetes and celiac disease presents a few challenges beyond dealing with just one, but for the most part the diets mesh well.
