  3. That is also my understanding. My niece (to whom I am not biologically related) does not have celiac disease, but is intolerant to both gluten and casein.

  12. The formula was changed a few months ago, and the new formula is gluten-free.You have to look at the box, since the old stuff may still be available in stores, but the new production is gluten-free.
  13. Here it is -16oC (3oF) and sunny. Wednesday morning it was -23oC. That is delivery day at the store, and we had the roll-up back door open for two hours. The inside temperature dropped to 9.5oC. Brrr.

From my perspective as a patient, I cannot tell you what the difference is between the sedation for this procedure and general anesthesia, and I have experienced both as an adult.
