    Apparently, I'm hyper sensitive and I drink wine from a box. Yep, straight from the box, I do. LOL. Anyway, as sensitive as I am, I can drink that kind of wine.

    I get weak and my joints get painful and stiff. I get a headache and stomach cramps. I get tingling in my extremeties.

    Funny thing is, I got that Redbridge gluten free beer and it tastes like Bud Wheat beer! It's dark and delicious!

    I can't eat any yogurt and have no clue why. None of the brands....I've tried about four....I drink at least 1/2 gallon of milk a day. Well, I'll be dogged - I got two kinds of Chex yesterday and they both say SAME GREAT TASTE NOW GLUTEN FREE in huge letters on the boxes. They shouldn't be able to do that, it's not very nice.     Is whole grain brown rice gluten free? I have this quaker caramel corn rice snacks and it says whole grain brown rice.

    I'm sitting here at work with tears in my eyes. I'm so upset this has happened. I feel just like I used to before going gluten free. Which, on the one hand lets me know I am certainly on the right track, and if all this reaction is due to just eating a bowl of cereal, that's an easy fix.     Hi Stephanie - Thank you so much for the insight. No, I've never had Rice Chex before and I ate a HUGE bowl before I went to bed. Then I got up and drank my new coffee, but the reaction didn't happen until about 1-2 hours later, longer if we consider the Chex. Boy, I'll tell ya, those reactions just take me DOWN, like Ali or something, they knock me...

    Hi everyone. I have been doing SO GOOD on gluten-free except for coffee. Yesterday I wnt to the mark and ground my own coffee beans, figured that would eliminate an CC.     Ya know, I was thinking to myself that I, too, have become more sensitive, but then realized that maybe, just maybe, we don't become more sensitive, it's just that now we realize what it is and that brings it into the spotlight, so to speak.

    Ok, it's ALMOST Friday night. I have wine, beer, vodka and whiskey at my house. It's all been just sitting because I'm scared to touch it. I also have 2 gluten-free beers, but what out of the others is safe for me to use to help me enjoy my Friday night?

    I kept staring at the name of this section of the forum and couldn't figure out what silly yaks meant. DOH!!! Today a girl at work gave me a recipe for black bean brownies and no, i'm not making that up. She eats gluten but has a friend that doesn't and said they are delicious.

    Yes, I eat absolutely non-stop. Most of it is raw veggies. The fruit ain't good yet. I eat a lot of peanut butter too, like on the celery or even just with a spoon. I'm 9 days gluten free and yes, I eat like a fool, but I think it's because I'm so dag scared to eat anything so I what I eat isn't filling me up. I'm making a burger on a plate tonight...
