    I do have DH on my elbow. I have Morton's Salt and I also have Sea Salt, which states that it has no iodine, "a necessary nutrient". Could it be that's why my elbow has gotten better since gong gluten-free but keeps coming back - because of the iodine? Maybe I should stick just to the sea salt?

    I got a gluten free burger from Red Robin at work. They said the fries were gluten free one place and not gluten free in another place. I took a bite of one and decided not to eat any more. The no bun burger was good but overcooked. LOL when I saw that someone said "squirrly" I knew you had to be a southerner!

    Well, everything worked out fine. At the last minute she asked me if I wanted the teriyaki or the gluten-free soy sauce that I keep over there for my rice when I babysit! Perfect!     I don't know about in restaurants. I can eat Mayfields - do you all have that in your towns? - the mint chocolate chip, I can eat that. and it's a real treat, let me tell ya! Dairy Queen says their soft serve is gluten-free, but I haven't had that.

    This girl at work went OFF because her sandwich from Jimmy John's at mayonnaise on it and she's allergic to it. I said, "oh, you're allergic to eggs?" - trying to start a conversation about food allergies. She goes, "no, huh, I think I said mayonnaise, not eggs" and everyone laughed. I actually felt stupid.

    I didn't know that dry eye was one of the symptoms! I went to the eye dr., and they numbed my eyes and put these little white stick things in my eyes and they said the tears will make them turn yellow so they can tell how dry my eyes are. I TOLD THEM THAT WHEN I GOT THERE LOL Anyway, they took them out and they were completely white. No yellow anywhere...

    See my post from yesterday called "lost my temper".......when I get glutened, I guess I have rage along with the other symptoms. Rage is a very big word, though, it's not "pissiness" or "bad mood"...I became enraged when gluten. When I first went gluten free, I was not fit to be around, very jumpy and irritable. What kind of emotions are you having?

    I don't know! I had put it in one of my spice jars a long time ago, I don't even know what brand it is. I looked up Coleman's and it had only one ingredient "mustard flour".

    Hi you all. If I accidently ingested gluten (dry mustard) and had 3 bowls of corn chex in two days, could I still be having a reaction? The corn chex says gluten free. I was doing so good but have felt like crap for this being the second day. I'm achy, I've slept for 12 hours the past two days, my muscles hurt and I just all around don't feel good....
