  1. Hey tom, Glad you dropped in! bother - 100 pages and we're still having a blast! No bother!
  2. I visited my family doctor today and he said there is fluid in my right ear. Put me on Cipro and said it could be causing the tinnitus. Hopefully that's all it is.
  3. LOL, Paula. Pink Pajamas sounds like one I'd like to add to my cart. Welcome Amy! Glad you joined us. You will deinately move up in cult ranking if you get text messaged when your order arrives! I like the Finishing Powders, but for my mostly dry skin I really don't need them now in the winter months. I think they will be a definate...
  4. The honey olive bar does have fragrance. Ingredients: LOL! I foiund out where Mango got the word Saponify: Saponified Olive Oil, Water, Honey, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance. Now, what does saponify mean???
  5. I wouldn't use it to eat gluten either. Now that I'm away from it and I know it's bad for me, eating it on purpose just doesn't seem like an option. My thinking is that it would provide a measure of safety where cross contamination could possibly be an issue. It would be great if it could help with leaky gut issues too.
  6. Me too! I got the honey and olive one that is scented, but I think I have to get used to the scent. It's a lot different than other soaps. It does make my skin feel nice and no itching so far, yay! Only a couple days left on the special. Of course we probably won't know the new one until Feb. 17th or so, lol! I'm slipping cultsters. I didn't wear...
  7. I know! I thought it was facinating that she was taking part in the study. Should be interesting to see the results in the end. I just said this to my husband this morning. I was wondering how many people will think they can eat gluten daily and just take these pills to counteract it. I also think it is a bandaid of sorts. I can't say that I won...
  8. LOL! Love those pictures!!! I've spent around $131.00 total, and that includes several of their brushes! Not bad considering I have not run out of one single sample size container yet. I really don't use much of this stuff at all even though I put it on full force every day! Oh a little OT. Mango I found Kiss My Face Soap in SHOPRITE of...
  9. I found this interesting. Open Original Shared Link
  10. Walmart sells Great Value mini peanut butter cups that are labeled gluten free.
  11. Hi katifer, I'm probably in the minority here, but I don't think the whole house has to be gluten free. If your husband is careful and has a place in his office where gluten-y snacks and food are permitted, why not? My house is not gluten free and I actually cooked wheat based pancakes with my kids early on in my diagnosis. I was really super careful...
  12. Ooooooh, I found Kiss My Face in Shoprite today! I knew they had a section with healthy soaps, etc and I found it there. I also found out all of Toms of Maine products are gluten free except 2! They are listed on their website and Shoprite has a rather large area with a ton of these products. I'm doing the happy dance!!!
  13. Mango, maybe I should! I've seen Kiss My Face mentioned- where do you get it?
  14. It does look like her! Every time I try to butterfly eyes the gentle blending of the colors seems to be the hardest part. The dark ends up too high or in with the light areas.
  15. And me too! So far I've been toughing it out and it's NOT been easy! The hardest part is that I keep changing my cart. The longer I wait, the more changes I make! Thank you for mentioning the search option. I had no idea it worked that way! Great to know. Yes, I often feel like a mad scientist too. That's part of the fun!
  16. It's driving me crazy right now too.Maybe it is the perfume because after using Dove for 2 days I feel a little better already. Thank you lm. It's probably something else like the perfume in the soap. If the Pink Dove I'm using now doesn't work I'll have to try the unscented one for sensitive skin.
  17. Hello, I switched to Dove Soap shortly after going gluten free and the rash I've had all my life on my upper back completely went away. I ran out of Dove and found an old bar of Dial, not sure what kind because it was a 6 pack and the big package was thrown out long ago. I now have 3 huge itchy bumps that I believe must be DH. They take forever to heal...
  18. Those pictures in that link are great Mango! Thanks for posting. It would be so nice if EM could do that for light/medium/dark skin types in the colors that would go the best with each skin tone. I have quite a few of the blushes! Anytime - very light lavendar. Too light for medium skin, but can be used mixed w/ darker colors Text Message -...
  19. You look terrific in your new avatar! Seems like the foundation matches perfectly and your eyes look great! Thank you so much for that information. That book sounds like such a wealth of information. I am surprised how complex makeup and it's proper applications actually are.
  20. Cookie Sheet is a shade or two darker than Chit Chat (I think you have that one) and has a hint of either darker pink or purple and it's sparkly. Oh wow. I'm sorry your having so many problems getting your order. I really hope the next special is extra good and you have no more problems with EM. I have really funky skin...
  21. Wow Marian that is very interesting. I think it's amazing that the first chiropractor was able to make it go away successfully. Do you think you have TMJ? I've read that can be a cause. Or do you believe it is a result of your chemical sensitivities. The odd part for me is that it didn't happen before gluten free or was not noticeable enough for me...
  22. Glad you love it as much as we do! Now you and official member, lol! Great! I'm looking forward to those tips! That is so nice Paula! Cloud 9 is a great place to be! Good for you. I tried Diary again today - love, love, love that color. It's such a nice sparkly light lavendar. Also put on Cookie Sheet...
  23. Hi Jemenii36, You know, I have been munching on Planters nuts everyday now since I was dx'd in August. And my salt intake has definately increased from it. I never ate that many of them or anything else salty before my dx. I will cut them out for a while and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion! I am sleeping better now, but it is always...
  24. Thank you for the info. Best Friends is in my cart. I had Jump Rope in, but now I have to go back and re-think that one! Ugh -decisions! Ooooh, nice review. I think I have them both in my cart! Thanks for the review on Swimming Pool. I've been tossing around the idea of adding that one, too! Cookie Sheet is a beautiful color...
  25. Glad you love your order Donna! Waffle Cone is sounding very nice. I might swap it for Weekend Getaway. I think the more subtle blushes look better on me. Thanks for the report! Thanks Julie! I'm having such a hard time waiting this special out. I don't know what to do about the Best Friends. It sounds pretty and I have Anytime...
